When we’ve found a few homes that catch your eye, we’ll schedule viewings. I’ll be right there with you - pointing out red flags like signs of moisture, cracks, or wear, and highlighting features that align with your needs.
Once you’ve found the one, we’ll fine-tune your offer - discussing the purchase price, deposit, and any conditions to the offer, such as financing or a home inspection (which typically costs $450–$700).
If your offer is accepted - yay! 🎉 I’ll send over the documents, shoot you a congratulations message, and from there, you can leave the details to me.

About 48 hours before your home hits the market, I’ll arrange professional photos and videos to showcase it online. We’ll finalize the listing details, get that “For Sale” sign in the yard, and officially go live on MLS.
To get as many eyes on your home as possible, I often recommend open houses - especially in those first crucial days on the market. I’ll coordinate everything and host the showing so potential buyers can experience your home in the best light.
Our showing service takes care of all appointment bookings, keeping your schedule organized and your stress level low.
